Hello there. I've been looking through your site as a guest for a couple of years now, and decided it's better that i join up:)
My first three cars were Minis, and i loved em. I don't think any car i've had since has given quite the "Smile factor" that i always used to get - even if they were held together with rust!!
My first suffered a little "roll" shall we say:) the second was too rotten to keep and the third i kept.
As my username suggests, 5 years or so ago i blended a Fortec kit to it, and started the project. Fast forward the years and it's almost done:) Sometimes now i wish i'd not bothered with the kit, (I guess tasted change as you get older) - if i have any bumps/cracking i'll probably take it off and get some Carbon Miglia arches instead - but for now, i've put too many hours into bodywork to give up!!
I have a couple of 1275's in the workshop so looking to re-build as a turbo over the next year or so, hence it felt better if i joined up. I may not post much, or have anywhere as much knowledge as you chaps but i thought i'd say hello
