hi , i bought some racing EX valves they are single groove. and the old one is triple groove. do i need change the cap as well? |

If you mean the retainer, YES.

What are the middle ones v? 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

the middle ones are old school, i think the 998 coopers (295) sported that type
"Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

i had a cracked retainer on my 1098 it was the middle type with the large single grove |
