hi guys desperatly need the 2 nuts for the rear subframe trunion pins. (the big pins that hold the front of the rear subframe) mini sport have sent the wrong one to me twice now.
i think they are 11/16 UNF need them really urgent please can someone help lol:)

They should just be bog standard 7/16th UNF nylocs, the majority of fasteners suppliers should stock them.

hi the 7/16th that i have recieved from mini sport fit the smaller trunion pins that go through the boot floor. im in need of the bigger nuts for the large trunion pins at the front of the subframe, thanks anyway advantage998

Yep should be 7/16th, the rear pin also takes this size!

The nuts are usualy captive into the body, has someone fitted metric studs by any chance?

These are 5/16UNF.

He said trunnion pins not the bolts that actually go through the floor, confused me had to read it 3 times lol.

There are four bolts through the boot floor, they are 5/16.

Pins??

The bit the rear bushes sit on as part of the rear subframe :)

I think that the problem is that you are ordering nuts based on the A/F dimension rather than the thread diameter.

You need 7/16 UNF thread with an 11/16 A/F hexagon nyloc nut.

or rather the nuts that go on the end of them I presume.

In which case mine are also 7/16" UNF.

The head of the nut is 11/16" A/F but the thread is 7/16" UNF.

EDIT - too slow, Paul just said the same thing.....

hi thanks for all the help gavin @ mini spares has got the ones i need, i will get them ordered now. ive found out the ones that mini sport sent out twice wrong are 5/16 i think it may have been the way i was explaining what i needed thank though everybody that posted
