Not teaching anyone how to suck eggs but thought i would explain what it is :)

This is is made so you can position your harness properly. It has locators so the harness straps don't move on the bar. I have added another of these on the passenger side. Comes with only drivers side if you buy brand new.

It is a safety devices item and goes between the diagonals that go to the inner arches.
