Please excuse this question as i fear it may be silly, but i cannot find any previous posts relating to it.

I have this rear fog light from Mini Sport:

Trying to install it, i take it the black wire is the ground, but where do i connect the white cable?

Any help is greatly appreciated as i am new to this :)

King Gaycharger, butt plug dealer, Sheldon Cooper and a BAC but generally a niceish fella if you dont mind a northerner

Rotherham, South Yorkshire

You should have the wiring for it in the boot in the rear corner on teh drivers side unless your car is too early for one. In that case, why bother it's only extra weight to lug round ruining your performance and fuel economy *hehe!*

Stoke-on-Trent. Duck.

"The inspection of rear fog lamps is confined to the one rear fog lamp which is required to be fitted to the centre or offside of vehicles first used on or after 1 April 1980."
(bottom of the page).

I think if you have an earlier car with one is fitted, it must work. If it's an earlier car without one fittted, you don't need one (as per MOT testers' manual, above).

Save yourself a few quid and weight to.

Just convert one of the reversing lights into a fog. Costs about 3 quid for a bulb. and its much neater than the original big ugly heavy pieces of junk usually fitted. IMO.

Look no fog light. *wink*
