O/T Nokia 6700 Classic Mobile Phone - Anybody got one??

If so, is it any good?? I'm seeing mixed reviews on the internet. Potentially some issues with build quality.

It's renewal time. All I want is a phone to make/recieve calls and texts so as a replacement for my 6600 Classic it should be fine. All I want is the free option, not interested in internet etc on it.

Ive had one of these for about 3 months, Ive had no major probs, decent phone with a 5mpxl camera, but I think the battery is sh1t and the chrome cover makes it slide out of overalls pockets to easy

I had one for a week

Firstly its incredibly heavy
Its also very slippery for sliding out of pockets
I also had issues when texting when id press the space button when texting and it would put it into capitals

Fortunately on sunday the battery went flat on it and it wouldnt turn back on without crashing, so I sent it back and cancelled the contract

mmm....

I read similar reports on the intenet. my other 'free' option is a slidey thing and they are a bit gay. The problem is that I will only have a nokia.

Im in a similar boat, I want a traditional phone which isnt too large etc

Ive resorted in going back to my old old phone and hoping that something new appears in the next couple of months

I've got a 6600 classic at the moment, which is fine but I managed to fill the speaker with rust, so it doesn't ring any more. And I cracked the camera lense (which explains the poor shots of the pole dancer at the rolling road day)...

I might give it a try. How long have I got with the distance selling regulations??

Like you said, I only want to make calls, sent text and bluetooth it to my car kit. I don't need internet or applications. I can't cope with them...

if you ring up and get it you've got 7 days to return it

I dont use the internet on phones either-im bad enough with drunken texts, never mind embarrassing myself in front of 200 people on facebook

Could you not pick up a 6600 on ebay cheap if that does all you need?
