picked this up from coventry last night. towed it back to liverpool on the back of me 1.8D non turbo ezzy van on a a frame which was fun lol.
Edited by Carl on 17th Dec, 2009. no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

I'm guessing MK1 MR2, but your pic's aren't working for me...

That looks a tidy and straight example. They do rust quite badly under the bodykit around the arches. I once saw a lad I know bodge one to death in order to sell it, copious amounts of filler and silicone sealant.

are they the rot boxes people make out they are? in short yes! lol but then again so are minis so nothing we all aint used to. had a very quick look today and im happy with it. one rear arch is rotten and already been filled, small hole in front floor, every thing else looks to be ok. has had some welding to rear inner arch area already. i aint gonna be doing a resto on it- just tidying it up. taking interior out tomorrow so will have a good check over no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.
