i have had cctv for over 5 years, you must display a sign with the following wording

Attention
These premises are protected by cctv with 24 hour recording and instant playback facilities.

Images are recorded, viewed and archived in accordance with the data protection act 1998

without this a good brief with declare his client has been recored illegally.
