I found out today by total luck in a post that it is good to use a 998 inlet valve to replace the exhaust valve on a 12G295.

This leads me to the following idea.

Can we write down an engine stup and all the tricks there are on the site and top it ?

One for every engines and in three or four stages regarding output and budget

To me, the "how I build a 998 turbo in 20 hours" link is an other answer to the same question. And it also features three 1275 setup with budget and output listed.

I mean we always have the same questions coming on and it also would be a shame if at the time of the build we miss one trick ...(like OS exhaust valve in my 998 / 12G295 turboed lump)

I mean, if it's on TM it's in public domain anyway so let's share stuff in an efficient way !

All right then but I'll do it for "stage 1" 998 first
