the unthinkable happened-i had some successful days on my car, so successful infact i was hoping to have it on the road today!! however..........

after bolting in all the engine i thought id do the cv boot that was pointed out on the mot (ahem) however as i attempted to fit it (which was bought back in sep) it just so happened that they had given me the wrong one!!!

ass and due to the fact its bank hol not one single motor facors is open (ive been round them all) and all the hellford style shops dont have anything

oh well...york here we come

Wish I could spend a bit more time in the garage rather than being stuck at work. We finished a day early before Xmas, but I was ill so couldn't make the most of it.

It's very quiet here, and I saw just 2 cars on my 25 mile trip to work.

your local halfrauds would have have one think all stores have them as clearence lines now too theyre stopping doing mini and metro stuff apart from air filters :( Ive cleared mine out, the vented disks are ?7 each, everythings well cheap! also its buy two get one free on all servicing bits so its even cheaper
