How can you be so definate that it's not a turbo carb from that picture?

12HD24 is a leaded MG Metro engine. |

As far as I can see the only turbo part there is the plenum, it is not a turbo carb. It seems a strange setup to use to get a cold air feed to the carb. I know it has already been said but that's an MG Metro engine. |

It is very strange set up, over fuel all the time, think i'm going to throw it away and start again!!, are plenum worth anything?? |
