I guess you mena actuator?

You would need to modify the T3 bracket as the R5 actuator is a different design, not sure if the rod is the right length or thread either. Better to just buy the right type.

If you want a cheap uprated T3 actuator, look out for Sierra Cosworth standard actuators. The Cossie boys commonly upgrade, but the standard one is good around about 10psi.

As Tom says, I also use the Cossie T3 actuator.

I think the Garret part number is 430099-18.

The '-18' part (or for that matter, whatever dash number you have) - if you divide by two, you get the actuator spring pressure.

So a '-18' is a 9 psi actuator and a '-32' is a 16 psi actuator.

I think (?!).

Richard.

Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.
