hi all iv been offerd a renault 5 actator and been told it boost to 12/14psi would this be ok to use on my t3 instead of the standard one of 4psi

If you want a cheap uprated T3 actuator, look out for Sierra Cosworth standard actuators. The Cossie boys commonly upgrade, but the standard one is good around about 10psi.

As Tom says, I also use the Cossie T3 actuator.
Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.
