I'm trying to fit a Sierra cosworth 2wd IC on my Mini (not clubman). Does this pice of kit realy fit the Mini. Where does the alternator go? How much do I have to cut out of the body? Every bit of help is wanted cause I'm stuck |

i've got one to go in mine, not decided where to put it yet or whether i'm gonna put a clubby front on it.

Take a look at turbo tim's pictures in the picture section.. he has fitted a cossie cooler

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

That is turbo tim's... I saw it at the vinyards show last year... a very nice car indeed.. think its pushin about 208 bhp too mmmmm |

Yeah looks very nice, not too impressed with the roll cage bars right in the drivers view though!!!

Cheers chaps, it fits perfectly around the mini head, the inlet and out let pipes on the intercooler are made for the mini, also it works very well, last year I was using a pace products intercooler and noticed a difference using this one, it works a treat. 16V project underway |

yes a standard bonnet fits with no mods, and its a 2wd intercooler, I presenly have a spare or two I may sell 16V project underway |

oh forgot, you only need to trim the corners off the intercooler, they are only flat pieces of aluminium and and stick up from the corners. 16V project underway |

gonna use this intercooler but if i wasnt having a grill is there a cooler that would fill the gap or a one that i could put on with enough space to have oil cooler? see my pic below(union jack one!) might not put a grill on! |
