Any decent machine shop should have a broaching machine, just make sure you give them the bits you want to fit to gether so they can make sure they fit On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:
Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:

I love the way he says that the broach is very brittle on several occasions and then bangs it on the work bench to get the swarf out of the teeth :) Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:

A nice hydraulic press would suit the broach kit you (Paul) are about to buy perfectly.

Well I was looking at a arbor press and was going to purchase it myself but he decided that a larger hydraulic press was more suitable because we can use it for more things.

I used a shaper to cut my keyways out. We used it to cut the keyway to size then finished off with a file to get a good fit with the key...thats where a shaper comes into it. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel
