Right since my last post mini is now on the road as of today!!!

i have some questions

1) oil pressure is running when warm about 26-27 psi is this too low?

2) when accelerating boost builds i can hear the turbo wistle but when revs get really hi i hear a loud hi pitched wistle similar to the dump valve but higher pitched could this be a leak from somewhere? or the dump valve itself?

3) i know its running ritch, but there is a judder in low revs could it be the fuel mixture or low oil pressure maybe?

ok,

if thats 26-27 psi at idle or low revs thats ok, by about 3000 rpm you should be seeing about 40-45 psi.

if the boost has been wound up the whistle could be the std metro "dump valve" if you can call it that. on the plenum under the incoming pipe there is a ball and spring to vent excessive boost.

the judder could be any number of things, best bet would be to get it on a rolling road. an hour with someone good will show up any issues.
