Hi guys,

i'M thinking of taking the mini down to Northampton motor sport to get set up on there rolling road. I've heard there good with bike carbs and don't turn there noises to far up at mega jolts. Just wondered if any one has tried them? I know there pricey but my hope is if they do more cars with bike carbs they should do the job quicker, keeping the bill done .... Abit.

Thanks

Yeah I reckon i would use them. When I asked they said they will work on anything as long as you had the laptop/software.

not to keen on the way they strap down the cars but the bloke seem to know alot, its a pitty the place where i work does not do minis as we have a fairly decent rolling road and the operators know their stuff as to when things start getting a bit mischevious under the bonnet, also do not think much to their cooling facilities ....

Used them a couple of times, last time with my rear turbo set up and they were very good considering its unconventional nature.
They don't mind you getting in there and helping and being envolved in the proceedings which I like. They also kept the cups of tea coming.
Highly recommended.

This is good news. I was looking to get my webers refurbed and I was going to try Northampton motor sport as they offer this service.

I took the 998 Turbo back after the Shootout and they found another 7% power *happy*

Neil, for Webers see if you can get hold of Dave "Danboy" on this forum, he is not far from you, and knows Webers inside out. Did a good job of repairing my mate Adam's 40's.
