None in the country now. I'd guess they've fucked up and it should be £10 saving making it £129.99, not a £129.99 saving on £139.99 making it £10.

Loads of the 16v forum have got them reserved, and as far as it being legally binding goes, if they accept your reservation, they are obliged to give it to you for that price. Or when they are next back in stock.

It even says that they will honour your price even if it is more expensive in store |

as far as it being legally binding goes, if they accept your reservation, they are obliged to give it to you for that price I'm 99% that there is an exclusion under UK contract law to do with the buyer entering a contract knowing full well that the advertised price is not representative of the value of goods or services being purchased. However the seller may still choose to honour the agreement as an act of good will. Edit: From personal experiance Halfords tend to be quite good when it comes to this sort of thing. I remember buying a load of bike parts off them and the total came to considerably less than the value of one of the parts, I questioned if this was correct at the time of purchase, and they were more than happy to sell me the parts for what the till said. It wont happen when they realise the mistake. As Rob has already said, law says that if it is a genuine pricing mistake, the seler has the right to rectify that mistake. That goes both ways, too much or too little.

Well, law or not, one of the 16v boys has just picked one up, despite the fact that the shop assistant admitted it was an error.
