Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good supplier of prebent mandrel tubing.

90 degree bends etc. in Alumnium or Stainless tubing suitable for intercooler piping.

your best bet is too have a word at a custom exhaust place.. they can bend and weld anything u want

theres a place near me who i have already visited and they said they are willing to make custom tubing and bends in anything from aluminium to zinc. I like the look of their polished stainless tubing :)

Jimster sent me some info Ages ago on BOSAL exhaust systems... They have a page in their catalogue with straight lengths, and curves.

If you wanted to make a real nice job of it, and one that wouldn't cost too much, you should consider mild steel and getting them chrome plated...

Steel does weigh quite a bit though!
