Shropshire.

stick the filler strip in the hole in the tool, then the head of the tool in the seal, opening the seal where the strip sits, then just run the tool round the rubber pushing the strip in as you go.

job done.

stoke-on-trent

I found it easy with the tool, just pushing the strip along. Helps alot to warm the filler strip up first

Yeah there is, but its not easy! Basically have to force it in with whatever you have to hand, something like a flat head screw driver can be used. Although I would not recommend this as it is a complete pain in the ass, just get the tool and make life easier

bend some wire from a coat hanger into the same shape as the tool and hold it in a pair of pliers

Either wait for the tool or fashion something up, but don't use a screwdriver as all that will happen is you will butcher the rubber and probably slip and scratch your paintwork.(voice of experience).

Toms right with the screw driver, your almost sure to slip out of the rubber right into that nice paint work..
