spindle-less is the new knife edge.. very nice.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

The way in is so straight. I wasn't going to go to Bingley and save my money for a playboy subscription, but I won't need it if I go with a camera, some Vaseline (for the lenses) and some mood lighting. Mmmmmm

All I'd want is a plendiumdibum with internal trumpets that'll bolt straight on with a single TB (or a flange for it).

Although making one myself is a possibility.

I like the throttle disc design, being tapered. Nice.

I would imagine JohnK is trying to get as close to the other alloy offerings to make potential buyers choice not on price alone.

Is it me or wouldn't it be cool if those trumpets stuck straight out of the top of the bonnet? toot toot..

I find myself plaaning another project car, just to use one of these.

However, lets see how the testing goes, particularly with regard to cooling.

Anyone else have a feeling of Deja-vu from two years ago?

Well the cooling is f****g awesome! - pardon my French. We beat the motor up real hard for hours on the dyno and the water temps throughout the head didn't go above 88°C. We'll post a video soon to show the dyno cell with the 6 thermocouple readouts we were monitoring all through the day.

all I'll say is that the torque is "ample" from 3-7 as you'd want for a fastroad cammed motor, ticked over at 900rpm and was lovely throughout. For a first out thebox run we are over the moon.
