i got a 130 mph genuine cooper s binacle with oil pressure gauge and water temp gauge bargained down to £110 today.

I don't know about the price of those clocks, but couldn't believe how much the auto jumble sellers were charging for what in my eyes was a load of old crap. Someone wanted £190 for a standard, non rebuilt gearbox.

Ditto. There was some serious crap being touted for serious cash. However there did appear to be a few bargains out there. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

I was looking for a half rear panel. All I saw was a used one that was rotten and the seller wanted £60. It was worse than the one on my car! On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

I think that's a fair price, but that depends on which year it's from. A late mk3 and it's not that special, if it's a 970 or 1071 one you might have done an OKish deal. Nothing else. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

it was nice to go to a show after not being to one for so long, hopefully next time ill have a mini to go in providing i get moving on mine...
