I am looking to dump the mini rocker switches and put some toggle switches like these in their place.

I think I may have figured out how to deal with the headlight switch, but have no idea how to go about attempting to wire one of these switches in for the hazard warning lights.

For those of you that have done this what is the best way to go about it? Pictures are welcome.

Thanks
James

If you want to do this properly you need to ditch the standard flasher units and replace them with one electronic one. Then a couple of diodes. I am sure this has already been covered. Have a search.

You can mimic the standard hazzard setup with a 6 pin single through jobbie. Will have to think it through as to how i wired it again, but it can be done quite easily.

James.

Not sure you'll be able to use that with Hazards without additional work.

However, if you want to see how I wired in a push button blue LED backlit engraved switch, see page 2 of my thread where I've just added all my wiring diagrams and some pics :

It might help you.

Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.
