after some welding an fitted new rear subframe setup after a painting it in enaml stop it from rotting :)
new parts so far
2xfloor pans
new outer sill
new footstep
new rear valence
both corners in the boot
new subframe
cones,radious arms,brakes (front an rear)
new doors
an alot of engine parts just to keep her in top form :) cant wait to pass my test an finally get to drive my pride an joy insted of her being couped up in my workshop on the ramp :)
any ideas on colour scheme ??
baring in mind i have blue seats

so today more parts came in the post all new contacts dizzy cap splitfire leads ngk iriduim plugs high capicity water pump an a few other bits was look on minisports website an i thought well head gasket set is only about £10 so might aswell change the head gasket
onli to find that it now recures a rebore as there is some surface rust on the bores :(

bores seemed to clean up okay but now i cant turn it over but i could 3 months ago ??
what could this be ??

ITS FREE good old distiled vinager in the bores for 4 days an its freed up an there bores are as smooth as a baby's bottom :) im so happy. head rebuild will comence now hopefully she will be running by the end of the month:)

lots done managed to get it all back together an runing, de-bumper the front an get the front ,roof an 1 side primed up :) in last week or so. also i got all my brakes bleed up an working so thats all good
o an i found a spare 30 mins to polish up 1 of my wheels :) come up like new (not bad for £150) with 4 nearly brand new falken fk07e's
all thats left to do now is weld the rear valence on an de-bumper that bit of filler on rear prime the rest of the car up an paint :) not long now

bit more done got the rear valence on an all filled up, all the welding finished ,got it starting lvley an its nice an qiute aswell witch im happy about ,little bit more filler as im not qiut happy with a few things on the car then it will be ready for paint

Looks good, you went for the de-bumpered look in the end then ???

I thought you had changed your mind a while ago.

They look a lot better that way IMHO unless it's a really early one.

ha ye rod went with it in the end its all solid now :) very nearly ready for paint
an brett does look good i think part of the roof has lily allans boobs on aswell (the sun paper from couple weeks ago) lol an a bit about some scotish man that blew 9.8 million in 3 years

ha i was wondering how long it would take lol i made miniboy01 then about 3 days later got jacked off with keep entering different names so i just used minimad01 witch i use for everything lol
Edit : i wish father,son iv done the hole prject on my own lol ill be 17 in 2 weeks today so i want to try an have it done by the end of april lol its evan all been funded by me
