My mates going into hospital for a bit, and I have some cracking audiobooks on my itunes, but he doesnt have an mp3 player or the like, and theyre too big to fit on one cd

Is there anyway I can break them in two? Can I do it on itunes? or will I need to use another program?

I also have a 2 hour spanish tutorial that Id like to put on cd for when im out vanning about?

Cheers

Joe

Infact i'm 100% sure, i use it for importing and chopping up for samples.

If you want to export the audio as an mp3 after you've chopped it you need to download the Lame encoder file to your machine, i think its all listed on the Audacity site.

yeah only contraint would be the size of the files my old laptop couldnt handle to much through audacity but i'd recommend it and google the encoder file to dl it :)

Not sure on the length of audiobooks, but you can always burn it to a cd and then burn the cd back to mp3 format.
Thats what I always did to get around DRM *wink*
