Force Racing ICT Dept Manager Miglia Turbo Am frum Yokshyer tha noes!

Just begun the strip down and alterations to the car, basically some weight loss and iron out any niggles that have been pissing me off. Lots of little jobs and some really big jobs! Im just trying to gauge how ambitious to be so im not rushing for shakespeare!

Anyhoo took a couple of pics! ill add more as the progress continues.

Looks good. Do you have any more photos of the radiator. I'm looking to put a front mounted one in mine.

Thanks

Are the weight loss plans secret? There can't be a massive amount left to loose is there?

Some are a little secret although a couple of folk know what they are! The back end mods are obvious really, and the bumpers weigh a shed load as theyre stainless. Im toying with the idea of carbon bumpers.

Take the air freshener out too that must be weighing it down.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Ally skins are MUCH lighter! Feel like half the weight of a steel one.

That sun visor can go too...just think to yourself "how can I make this drive more uncomfortable" and "what would make this more impractical to drive" then rip it out! *hehe!*

I've loved this car in every pic I've seen of it before, really nice to see some more close up shots of just how well done it is!

LOVE the dash too, is that an Evo 2?

You need a big fuse as the startup current is massive. I had to replace the breaker for my garage. Was hoping to pop my sill back on one evening next week, so if you could drop it back early next week.

I think if I hadn't bought genuine skins I'd have been putting alloy ones on. That said, I have more door frames *oh well*

Mike, ive decided to go for full fiberglass doors now so my brand new alu skins are up for grabs if you want them.

Could be abit of a pain to arrange getting them though...

Cheers, theres still a fair bit to do, engine needs a hone, then a quick check over before i put it back together. This front windows need the mk1 channels fitting.

Roof needs painting
couple of toich ups to the paint
buy and fit a wideband kit
buy and fit a boost controller
decide wether carbon bumbers will look any good?!
Rear beam axle to fit
powder coat all suspension components
buy abd fit front coil overs!

Lots and lots to do!!!
