do i need to put the box in a particula position or just central ? any advise will be gratefull |

Its not an exact science, just make sure you have a nice angle on the cross member on the passenger side.

sadly now ive gunked up the welds with seam sealer it looks like a birds shat on it 1972 998 TURBO SLEEPER |

Stupid question: how do you do to put back the heater ? Or you don't care ? std 998 A+, g295, MD266, RHF4, 109hp @0.8bar/5400rpm |

awh i see. i have a minispeed box it dosnt look as deep as the one you have there did you make the heater brackets urself ? |

In my case the box is from Jason on here and it is slightly deeper and with a sloping base - a better design if you're using a T3 - and yes, I made the brackets myself as one of the originals got destroyed cutting the hole......

Or do what I did and add a 3 inch extension to the 'standard' bulkhead box to provide loadsa clearance for the actuator.
Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.
