What happened to this guy?

He nagged and nagged for me to get some manifold flanges cut, so I sorted another batch.

I told him that I wanted these rails. We agreed they would be part payment for the flanges.

He told me by PM that he had sent the rails. A few days later he says he did not want the flanges.

The rails never turned up and he has not read PMs nearly a month old.
