i was just wounding if i could uprate the cam with out doing the pistons ??????

Simple answer is yes. If the bottom end is in good condition then no problem. Assuming that you are not putting a race cam in that is, any more details of your plan?

i want to build a turbo engine with about 140+ just not sure what parts to use yes just looking in to it have u got ant ideias

That's Wil's car - a very good starting point. Although to get your target power I wthink you will need to modify your block for a 12g940 (1275) head.
