Hi, just wanted to know what the benefits where and if i put them on would i need to reset my suspension geometory?

You will need to get your tracking done again.

Often when you run longer bottom arms (negative camber) and run your tie bars shorter (more caster) then the std ones are a little short, only leaving a few mm on the end of the rack end. This is when you would need longer track rod ends.
