Evening all, Ive had the mini running again but the carb is leaking now so yet another problem.

Anyhow the issue i have is drop gear noise i think.

Now when it was in the other car and ticking over it was noisy but when you put your foot on the clutch the noise went away, now its doing the same but it far far noisyer than it used to be .

Any ideas??

Rick

leeds/wakefield.

if your engine idle is more eratic than previously, this will make the drop rattle even worse ,

a rich mixture will maybe cause the engine to hunt , and in turn the drops will chatter worse,

I bet my first wank came quicker than your first mini turbo

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.
