I have fitted a fiat cinq rad which is ace.

I have a header tank with three water take offs, one on the bottom and two at the top, and one for overflow.

Where do you think would be the optimal places to connect the take offs?

The rad has one take off near the top which can easily be used. I can weld connectors onto the top hose near thermostat, and the bottom before the pump.

I was intending to run the turbo water pipes from the heater take off to the bottom hose, i am not running a heater.

any opinions?

Hi, I have the same rad. work well on the road. hard part was the cooling fans. Anyway. My header tank only has two pipes. one out the bottom which i feed in to the bottom hose and a pipe at the top which i feed the return from the heater though. This does mean i had to remove the heater valve to ensure water keeps flowing. Not really found this a issue though.
have to conneted anything to the little pipe on the other end of the rad?? I've just ran this back to a point on the thermostat housing. just to releif any airlocks down that end.

that looks awesome Alex, where did the header tank come from? that's just what I'm after. Nothing on ebay is quite right....

Aha thats a nice setup glad to hear it works, does it run a bit cooler then?

i was thinking about fitting a slim 9" fan on ebay, maybe a pair of them if required. its handy thats theres a rad switch aswel do you use it?

Where you return your heater hose i think i will fit my turbo cooling line which comes from the heater take off, the lowest one to the bottom hose and the last one to the top hose somewhere.
