Hello,

I was having a chat with Paul at the weekend about a set of Dunlop R7 tyres now the company i work for race m3's, astras and a corsa all using dunlops, slicks for the m3's direzza's for the astra's and corsa. So we should be able to get a fairly reasonable price well hopefully cheaper than 80 per tyre

I just want to see how much interest their is ? for a group buy ?

Cheers Josh

Are we all supposed to know what an R7 is? I don't.

Is it a road tyre or slick ???

I'm not interested in R7's, but do you ever have part used 15" slicks or track tyres for sale for a modest fee at all?

if you can get to brands hatch or any over event that runs dunlops, they seem to love giving away tyres at the Dunlop tyre van , cant get rid fast enough....lol

I bet my first wank came quicker than your first mini turbo

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

Somewhere around Swindon

the r7's really are only any good if you want period looks with a lot of grip but they come at a price the 032's offer the grip without the pricetag

About 2 years ago I paid R1600 (£120) for 4x 165/55/12 R7's

Dont see why they should be so expensive here?!?

Got them from ATS Motorsport.

Just been back to SA and checked with them again.

they stock SP R7 165/70/10
and D93 semi slick 165/70/10

both are R475 each (£45)
Minispares charges £87 for the R7!
VintageTyres charges about the same!
shoo, rip off britain eh?

Im currently after some really wide 10 tyres, but im struggling, i dont want to pay hosier money neither.

I agree with the above, unless you want a period look why not stick with A03rs?
