Hi, i think Nick has a few for sale, if not then i have a MG n/a 1275 cam that most use as an upgrade to the metro turbo item.

The turbo cam is the same as the standard n/a cam. the n/a MG metro cam will be good upgrade.

tbh you need to take the advice on here.. loads of info on cams can be found via the seach function.

ok,

listen,

the metro turbo cam is the same as all other normal 1.3 metro's.

the non turbo MG metro has a slightly hotter cam, this can be used as an upgrade for the metro turbo.

you can either use a 1.3 metro cam (same as the turbo cam) as a straight replacment.

or you can use a non turbo MG metro cam, which will mean getting the engine rolling roaded.

Nick has both types so you could choose either.

make a choice.
