I'd take a a guess at around 125/130 bhp.

Rolling roads differ from place to place,

uprate the box for sure, if not just the drops and diff.

fuel pressure 3.5psi on idle, check it rises with boost.

timing set at 5000 id go for 25 degrees max to start. nice and safe.

id also run no boost to bed in and get straight to a RR.

Also if you havent allready, a central oil pick up pipe in the gearbox is a good idea.

Agree with iain on fuel pressure and ignition settings if you need a second opinion.

Turboing minis since '89
Supercharging minis since '04

why would you want to run zero boost?
running in requires the engine to be loaded from time to time -not excessively- and revs to varied just dont get carried away!
timing : check the vacuum advance works , disconect it ,rev the engine to 5000 , set the timing from the marks to 25 btdc , its good idea to check the marks are correct because sometimes the marks are wrong, idle normally ends up at 10-14 degrees, then reconect the vac
