Kit of parts to mount crank speed sensor and trigger wheel to the A series engine.

The kit is designed to mount a 122.5mm diameter Ford pattern 36-1 trigger wheel to AHU1878 or Poly V type crank damper via a mounting hub secured by the crank bolt. The sensor bracket bolts to the existing bolts on the cylinder block through the timing chain cover. Infinite trigger wheel adjustment position and fine adjustment of crank sensor. Crank sensor is variable reluctance electromagnetic type, with two pin minitimer type connector.

Allows gear change housing to be mounted inside the car. All of the parts for the conversion (except the standard gear change housing) are supplied. Gearchange rod runs through top of tunnel connected by universal joints

I assembled the gear stick & rods into a housing while it was out of the car to see what it was like & it's a really good fitment. It's never been used in a car.

oh ok so does it come with the quick shifter base (red) as in the photo and is that kad?

The quick shifter base isn't KAD no. I'm not 100% sure it would fit, but I'd throw it in.

I think the only part you would need is the plastic bit that holds the gear lever in the housing (this isn't supplied with the KAD kit).
