The box says it's a powerflow turbo oil pump, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting. I'll be making a call to Minispares tomorrow about sending it back. I can only guess the factory has put the wrong pump in the box?

Reminds me of a pump from an MGB, but they never did a turbo. Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:

The part number on the box is GLP110MS (Turbo oil pump), which is what I ordered. God knows what it is for. |

Re the powerflow turbo oil pump from minispares It doesnt seem to be the same as the one that avonbar sells. I got one the other week, it didnt have the steel back plate ot powerflow cast into it like the ones ive had previously from avonbar It may say power flow on the box, but their chocolate layshaft also used to say genuine on the label..... mine from minispares had both a steel back plate and powerflow cast in.... hmm |

I ordered a genuine water pump from MS, got a genuine box with a pattern pump inside. They exchanged it without quible. I think they have naughty elves in their stock room... On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

The Powerflow branded pumps are no longer available, they are still made by the same manufacturer albeit they have changed the tooling as it was getting too old and so the new pumps no longer come with powerflow cast into them. They are still steel backed etc as before. |
