Well i know a bleed valve is fitted between the actuator and turbo, however i had a look at my turbo today and fixing on the turbo side has a t-piece fitted there.

Im not sure if this is standard or not, but would it work if i plub the bleed valve into the other side of the t-piece or should i block this off and fit it in the pipe between the turbo and acutator?

Im probably just being a bit dumb about this.

Heres a pic of the t-piece on the turbo, i know its not clear but you should be able to just make it out.

I bet my first wank came quicker than your first mini turbo

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

Yea thats what i though, but if it went to the ECU, surely a bleed valve would work off that take off as didnt the ECU just act as an electronic bleed valve?

yes, but your not using an ecu are you?
no,
so just put your bleed valve inline between the acuator and turbo like everybody else,

unless your using electric solenoid's?

But if you do use the other side of the T you are between the actuator and the turbo.

On the metro van, I ran a pipe from both outlets of the t on the turbo into another t piece, then from the t piece to the bleed valve and the bleed valve to the actuator.
