Been doing a load of fabrication on the clubby and had to cut some 3mm plate, whilst happily cutting away with the angle grinder I wasn't paying attention to where the sparks were going, all of a sudden I noticed it was getting a bit hot down stairs and looked down to see that I was on fire, luckily no major damage but my short and curlys are now a fair bit shorter and curlier! i had a bench grinder try to eat me starting with the sleeve of my jumper!! burnt many a hole in me jeans wit a grinder and the worst sparks from welders land IN my runner!!!! On 5th Jan, 2011 wolfie said:

I can't say I have been on fire (yet), I am not sure if this counts or not - but I somehow managed to fall asleep onto a soldering iron. I woke up rather swiftly later and had to peel it from my forearm.

I've slightly singed my hair lighting the bonfire tonight. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
