After helping wintersufer with his wiring, I've decided that mine needs looking at. I've put it off for some time now, but I'm glad that I've taken the time to have a look because it really is in bad shape.

Problem is, while moving it around, some of the wires have literally just fallen apart (shitty crimps and scots locks to blame!).

I managed to retrace most, but the one that's got me confused is on the ignition barrell.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram/photo of the barrell? If not, I'll post a pick of the offending wire tonight.

Many thanks

I was asking PaulH about this recently. It was the two ignition lives that threw me.

From his email:
Brown = Main Feed in

White = First stop live (e.g. Radio, side lights, Dash lights)

Light Green/White = Main Ignition Live (e.g. Coil Head lamps, Fuel Pump, Electric fans)

White/Red = Starter crank signal and ballast coil overdrive

Not sure what year your car is, but there should be enough wiring diagrams here to give you an idea
