Andy500 sent me his emerald map but I can not seem to open it.

I was wondering if they are locked in some way?

I just want to have a look to get some rough ign timing figures for my MS-II setup

Can anyone help?

You can't double click the .map file - you need to open form within Emerald.

The .map file isn't locked or anything like that.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Yeah software is an issue.

There isnt the latest version on the website as I found out after being sent a blank software CD with my latest K3 ECU.

But other than that you can swap maps etc with no worries.

For my old turbo, it started off on jims map which i then modified to suit.

I still can't get it to open!!!

I have downloaded the latest software from the website. Every time I go to open a file from the software it comes up looking for a *.fig file.

BUT the file andy sent me in andy parry mini.map

So it looks as if the file type is wrong or something!!!!!!

Any ideas?
