Hey chaps

Whats the best way to plumb the breather in on an Injection Mini?

It used to operate a closed loop breather system but since the charger went on the tank breather just goes straight to the charcoal canister under the wing. I keep getting a smell of petrol in the boot and was wondering if this was due to this?

Its still got the float valve on the top of the tank. Would I be best justg running this straigt down a flexi boot and out under the car like the carb minis used to?
Cheers

I energisd the purge solenoid with a spare injector output on the ECU so that it was enabled above 70*C, between 2000 and 2500rpm, 0% throttle (or whatever the lowest throttle position is), above 10kpa and below 40kpa. This basicaly means that the solenoid is only open on normal over run for 500 rpm.

I believe that the Rover method was similar, but instead of the solenoid being just on or off, it was pulsed. On the SPi the diagnostic brings up a value for 'Purge Duty' and it never changes, and cannot be changed. Its something like 58% perhaps the duty cycle of the purge solenoid when activated? Best I could get with the aftermarket ECU was with the above. Dont have it on all the time, as I have been told it might implode the fuel tank lol.

You would need to plumb in the purge solenoid onto the intake tract before the supercharger but after the throttle body

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be...
So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...
