Well from the blurb it suggests that it's not as good as a grey, with 150bhp you'll need a grey, so no use.

the design shows a distinct lack of imagination, talk about starting off with a clean sheet of paper, then not bothering to fucking draw on it,lol On 20th Apr, 2012 Paul S said:
I'm mainly concerned about swirl in the runners caused by the tangential entry. |

and how can i check, if i have pre-verto or verto? If it's a "standard" Metro turbo engine simply altered to fit in a Mini, it will be verto unless someone previously converted it to the earlier type. To tell, Verto has a short arm and the slave cylinder mounted on a steel plate pointing downwards at 45 degrees to meet the short arm, pre-verto has a long arm with the slave cylinder mounted horizontally on top of the alloy housing. EDIT - that is assuming they used the right arm/cylinder combination to match the clutch..... the only way to be 100% certain is to take the cover off... Edited by Rod S on 21st Mar, 2010. Schrödinger's cat - so which one am I ??? |

If it is straight out of a 1989 Metro there won't be a slave cylinder. It will be cable clutch. |
