replacement front shocks for mpi

hi, my mpi is currently running the rear koni shocks, but someone has put a pair of standard mini shocks on the front at some point.

if i change the fronts for spax or another likewise shock, is it likely to make a difference to handling?

rest of suspension is stock but well maintained, it handles well at the moment to be honnest. was wondering if i could get a little more out of it by changing the front shocks? whats currently fitted to the front is a downgrade from factory spec.

should front be harder than rear for best handling?

If the rear is too harrd then it can become very skitty and overtake the front. Changing the shocks may affect the handling, it just depenmds on how you set them up.
