I Bought A Radius Arm Repair Kit, It Has Come And The Copper Bush Doesnt Fit Onto The Bar I Have Read A Manual ANd It Says Something About Reeming Can Anyone Tell Me What Is Meant By This Thanks |

They need to be reamed to the correct size, yes. To do it properly, you'll need a guided reamer (a tool with 'razors' that basicaly 'shaves' off a thin layer of material, until you have a perfect fit).

as above, ideally use a guide or jig of some sort to do it

We had a brass bush to knock in on the needle bearing side as a guide for a extended adjustable reamer. Worked very well & quick enough :) [X] nail here for new monitor |

on mine i modified a radius arm pin to carry a small flapy paddle wheel, and spun it up with a drill, i had to improvise worked out way better than i thought it would
