Hi guys.
Just fineshed welding in my lambda boss in to the exhaust. Put it all back together and it's blowing. I'm not surpirsed as me welding skills are basic at best.
What can I do so seal it? Not sure I'm good enough with the welder to patch it with out blowing though. Can I use anything? Not sure it's up to the job but chemical metal or somthing like that?

Get someone who is a better welder to weld it on.

If you want to bring it I'll do it. But I'd have thought finding a local garage and lobbing them a tenner or whatever tomorrow morning would be easier.

might take you up on that ben. Im going to get the car up on the ramps and run it up, that will give me a idea on where its leaking from and see how brave i feel with the welder.

Im guessing with a large leak on the exhuast the reading from the lambda will be WAY WAY off. i geuss it will look weak?

yes if its before or around the lambda.

if its a tiny leak you can just wipe some fire gum into the leak, but best get it welded if you can.
