just finished my turbo head and have reamed all the valves stems and lapped the valves in, ive fitted bronze guides all round and are using rimflows allround to, valve seats are 60 thou (hope this is enough).

but just wondering if 14 thou running clearance is enough on the exhaust valves, i took the reading from the valve stem being level with the top of the guide and took a side ways dti check what are your thoughts.

also do you no waere i can get a turbo oil return flexipipe from which goes from the turbo to the block.

i think iain can get these, but there might be a minimum order quantity

I can but there is a hefty minimum order, but in about 4-6 weeks i will be ordering some stuff, intercooler hosing etc etc and these hoses will be amongst it all.

some people just use ordinary silicon but the ones i buy were recommended by the company and come lined to prevent oil attacking them as per std equipment.

I use one that iain got for me and its perfect

as when it get it i can make my sump drain adapter for the block.

im going to make a modded one which will drin straight to the sump eg the outlet will be in side the block this should help with any leaks
