Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

Mine always stayed in, maybe you've not got the ones for the right panel thickness so they're a bit loose?

I only loose mine when i take them out and put them down! lol!

Dzus are fairly fiddly to set up properly, as iain said you also need to make sure you have the correct depth size and they line up well.

Staffordshire or Northamptonshire

Dzus fasteners are not that great. If you get any side loaading on them it wears the cup under the head and they will then fall out completely. The Mounting springs tend to give up the ghoast as well after a bit. When you install them you want them so they are just nice and snugg under some sring tension from the mounting spring. I dont think that you will get great life from them on mounting front ends, but as they are not that expensive you can afford to replace them from time to time.

Trident sell them at silverstone.

there are some really nice alternatives such as camlocks. These aren't to expensive.

there are others but they are really quite expensive, such as Tridair.
