Hello friends, im currently working on a new engine for my brothers mini, my spec actualy is it.

Acralite forged pistons 0,40 18cc
Avonbar ph2 cam
Rods are polish,balanced with arp bolts
4 bolt main strap with arp bolts
Under crowling audi tt oil injectors
Crank are nitrided and balanced
Flywheel and backplate are ultra light
Head are 36/31 whith 11 studs
Gearbox are straight cut
Drop gears are straight cut
Dif 4 pin
Ignition by megajolt
T3 turbo
And more litle tings

My question is,this is good for a 180-200 bhp and whats the best compression ratio for this bhp market

I would say the basic spec looks fine but I would suggest you consider a more modern turbo, something like a GT2056.

Look a nicks build thread, close to 200BHP with the GT20.

Another thing to consider would be a good efficient intercooler.

Compression ratio is a difficult one as everybody has their own views and and ideas and it depends largely on your setup.
