Did anybody watch the practice today. Check out Buemi's crash. I think somebody might be getting a p45 tomorrow.....

"Why did the wheels come off when they are tethered?" Because the wheel tethers were attached to the part of the upright that broke off.

On the BBC's page earlier today http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport...one/8624330.stm (if it's still there now) they had in-car footage of the failure and shortly afterward in-car footage of Vettel's Red Bull taking a practice lap.

The in car footage is brilliant. After the wheels had come off he still tried to steer to miss the barrier. Instinctive, but funny to watch. You can also see the wheels overtake him and then launch into air and over the fencing. Luckily only 2000 people were there so no injuries. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

the F1 admin dont like wheels coming off.. I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
