Right, about a year ago i set out to turbo-ing my mini, it was in mint condition at the time but then the paint started to flake off and i lost the love for it as i diddnt have that much cash or time to spend on it keeping it tip top so i left it to go a bit ratty so that when them chavs line up next to you and look at it, they think they can smoke yoU! anyway the first pic is what it looked like before i have started this refurb/rebuild


Then that hideous black bonnet flung up ont motorway and i fitted a fibre glass



heres a couple of pics of the refurb bits, i have taken all the sound deadening out of the boot and it seemed quite rusty and in need of new paint! the new colour of the car is going to be "Pepper Grey"

Oh and as for the engine, mine had a problem (dont know what yet) im guessing the bore size is too big for the pistons... i will document that later... the engine has ALWAYS had smoking problems and it was always coming from the engine breathers (LOTS OF pressure and smoke) i fitted an oil catch tank in the last 2 weeks of its life and all that was in the tank was a sort of mix between fuel and water... but it wasnt oil cause it was clear! then i decided to rebuil the engine and refurb the car :) specs of engine will become aparent when i start to do work on it
